2. Website hosting and security
Our website and our self-hosted Matomo analytics installation are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany.
Technical information, including your IP address, is processed as necessary to deliver requested pages and maintain a secure connection. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Website access-log generation is disabled in our hosting account. The configured seven-day deletion period therefore does not represent a retention period for routinely generated website access logs.
This setting does not necessarily disable separate technical or security records maintained by the hosting provider for its infrastructure.
3. Analytics with Matomo
We use Matomo to understand how visitors use Best Cyprus Deals and improve its content and usability.
Matomo runs on our own hosting account at analytics.bestcyprusdeals.com. Analytics data is stored there rather than sent to Matomo’s cloud analytics service.
